European Convention and Court
Articles 34–35 of the European Convention set the principal conditions for individual applications. Official judgments and ECtHR materials complement the text; “The ECtHR: jurisdiction, filing deadlines and redress” explains temporal jurisdiction and deadlines. “Council of Europe and EU: rights, procedures and funding” distinguishes Council of Europe and European Union instruments.
