Donation Terms
Version: 1.0 · Effective date: 14 September 2026
Editorial clarification: 25 September 2026
1. Recipient and nature of support
Your donation is voluntary assistance given without compensation for an agreed charitable purpose. Choose a purpose and check the recipient, amount, currency and payment method. These terms explain the use of donations, confirmation, recurring payments, reporting and refund enquiries.
The recipient is БЛАГОДІЙНА ОРГАНІЗАЦІЯ "БЛАГОДІЙНИЙ ФОНД "СОЛОДКО ШКУРІДІН", Ukrainian registration code 45536811 (the Foundation). The Ukrainian name identifies the registered entity; Solodko Shkuridin Foundation is the English brand. Address: Office 14, 31 Oskolska Street, Kyiv, 03028, Ukraine. Email: info@solodkoshkuridin.org. Telephone: +380 67 187 87 87, +380 68 000 05 67, +380 44 364 60 63.
The Foundation applies support to its statutory charitable purposes; this page principally concerns material assistance to Ukrainian military personnel in response to verified requests. A donation does not entitle the donor to profit, remuneration or goods.
2. Donation agreement
The Foundation offers to accept a charitable donation on these Terms and for the stated purpose. For a specific fundraiser, the conditions published on its page also apply. The donor chooses the amount within the selected method’s available limits. By initiating a donation after reviewing the terms, you express an intention to give it on that basis; the donation agreement is concluded when the Foundation accepts the donation as provided by law. Viewing a page or copying bank details does not oblige you to pay.
Keep the terms, purpose and receipt relating to your donation. Individually agreed targeted donations or grants are also governed by their written conditions, which must comply with law. A grant’s particular deadlines and conditions are agreed separately; ordinary donation rules do not remove the statutory obligation to return a grant not used within its prescribed period.
3. Who can donate
A legally capable individual or a private-law legal entity, including from abroad, may support the Foundation subject to applicable law and its bank’s rules. A company representative must act within their authority. The donor must own the funds or have another lawful basis to transfer them.
If a company needs an agreement, letter or confirmation, contact the Foundation before paying. For an international donation, verify the route, currency and details with the Foundation and your bank. Tax treatment depends on your jurisdiction and circumstances; these terms do not guarantee a foreign tax deduction or relief.
4. Specific fundraisers and ongoing support
A specific fundraiser has a stated purpose, currency, need and status on its page. A donation to it remains restricted to that purpose. Ongoing military support is a separate purpose: meeting current verified needs for material assistance, including vehicles, equipment, gear and essential items, within the Foundation’s charter. It does not authorise a targeted donation to be spent on any other costs.
The Foundation plans procurement and delivery according to the verified need, safety and available funds. Ongoing military support is a support programme, not a subscription. A one-off contribution to this programme does not authorise automatic repeat charges. A recurring contribution requires separate confirmation.
5. Bank transfer details
For a Ukrainian hryvnia transfer: IBAN UA763052990000026008005022679; recipient: the Foundation, Ukrainian registration code 45536811; bank: JSC CB PRIVATBANK; currency: UAH. Check these details in your bank before confirming.
For ongoing support, use the reference “Благодійна пожертва на постійну підтримку військових” (charitable donation for ongoing military support). For a specific fundraiser, use only the payment reference and identifier shown on its page or agreed with the Foundation in writing. The identifier is a code used to identify the fundraiser to which the contribution relates. If these details are missing, contact the Foundation before transferring. Opening a fundraiser’s page or copying the general IBAN alone does not identify the intended fundraiser for an incoming transfer.
The Bank Details page lists accounts for transfers in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) and euro (EUR). The two EUR accounts are equivalent. Choose an account matching the transfer currency. For an international transfer, confirm the full set of bank details with the Foundation and your bank: an IBAN alone may not be sufficient.
6. Bank and payment pages
When choosing Privat24 or a charitable Envelope, check the Foundation’s name, purpose and amount with PrivatBank. An organisation’s Envelope and a personal Envelope are different products; a donation link must match its recipient.
When choosing mono, check the Foundation and purpose in the Jar or charity section. A legal entity uses the corresponding banking product. An individual’s Jar or a creator service does not become the Foundation’s account merely because of its name.
When choosing LiqPay or WayForPay, you proceed to the selected service’s payment page and authorise payment under its rules. LiqPay is a PrivatBank solution. Enter card details only on the verified payment operator’s page. The currency, recipient, purpose and recurrence must match your choice. If they differ, do not authorise the payment and contact the Foundation.
The availability and limitations of a payment method are shown next to its button. Selecting an unavailable method does not create a payment or confirm receipt of funds.
7. Currency, conversion and fees
Before authorising, review the payment currency, debit amount and any fee shown by your bank or payment service. Where conversion is involved, the relevant participants determine the exchange rate and additional costs; the Foundation does not guarantee a particular rate or zero fees. Bank charges may cause the amount received to differ from the amount debited.
Accounting uses verified information in the appropriate currency. Different currencies are not combined as one amount without a defined conversion rule. Bank fees and the Foundation’s administrative expenses are distinct. The statutory administrative expense ceiling is 20% of the organisation’s income in the current year; it is not an automatic 20% deduction from each donation or permission to disregard a donation’s restricted purpose.
8. Confirmation of receipt
A transfer is received in the amount established by actual credit and the Foundation’s bank and accounting records. For an online payment, the service’s notification helps establish its status; the Foundation reconciles credit, refunds or disputes where necessary.
Clicking a button, copying an IBAN, opening a bank page, obtaining a receipt only for initiation or returning to the website does not yet prove receipt. If confirmation is pending or an error occurs, check your bank statement before paying again. Keep the receipt and transaction reference. For reconciliation, write to info@solodkoshkuridin.org; do not publicly share a private payment status link.
9. Recurring support
A recurring donation requires separate, informed authorisation. Before authorising, you must be shown the recipient, purpose, amount, currency, frequency, first debit date, end date or continuation until cancellation, and how to manage it. An ordinary one-time payment or selection of the ongoing assistance programme does not authorise repeat charges. The Foundation does not increase the amount or change the recurring purpose without your fresh agreement.
A Privat24 automatic payment is your instruction to the bank and is ended in the service where you created it. Recurring support through mono is set up and managed in the corresponding mono product. A LiqPay subscription is cancelled through the available subscription controls or by contacting the Foundation to instruct the operator. In WayForPay, the customer can stop a recurring payment in the customer account; this form of recurrence does not apply to payments made through Privat24 within WayForPay.
To stop the next charge, cancel the instruction before the operator’s execution cutoff. If self-service is unavailable, contact the bank or Foundation immediately with the service and transaction reference. The Foundation acknowledges the request within 3 working days and transmits the appropriate instruction without undue delay; a debit already started by the bank may require a separate refund. Keep the cancellation confirmation. When a specific fundraiser closes, recurring donations to it are stopped; they are not automatically redirected to another purpose.
10. Closing a fundraiser: a funding shortfall or remaining funds
Reaching the financial target and delivering assistance are different events. After closure, the Foundation stops inviting new donations to the fundraiser, checks external channels and late credits, and reconciles spending and remaining funds. Closing a link does not change the purpose of donations already received.
If funds are insufficient, the Foundation may continue fundraising for the same purpose or supplement it with funds lawfully available for that purpose, communicating the revised deadline. Partial fulfilment is permissible only within the already agreed purpose. If fulfilment becomes impossible or a different purpose is needed, the Foundation stops spending the affected balance and contacts the donor about a specific decision: an agreed new purpose or return of the unused amount.
Overfunding, unused balances and late receipts do not become unrestricted Foundation funds. A change of purpose requires proper consent from the donor or successor, a court decision or another expressly applicable lawful basis. Silence is not consent. If the donor cannot be contacted, the funds are accounted for separately until lawfully resolved; the passage of time does not itself authorise another use.
11. Mistaken transfers and refund requests
If a transfer is mistaken, duplicated, unauthorised or has an incorrect reference, notify your bank and the Foundation as soon as possible. Email info@solodkoshkuridin.org with the date, amount, currency, the payer’s first and last name or the organisation’s name (as shown in the payment document), payment reference, transaction identifier and the issue. Attach a receipt with unnecessary details concealed. Do not send a full card number, CVV, PIN, password or bank verification code. To verify entitlement to a refund, the Foundation may request only necessary additional information through a safe method.
An identified mistaken or duplicate transfer is returned after reconciliation unless a lawful obstacle prevents it. Refunds in other cases depend on the circumstances, agreed terms and law, including inability to fulfil the purpose, misuse or grant conditions. These terms do not make every contribution unconditionally non-refundable. Cancelling future recurring charges does not itself return donations already accepted.
A refund goes to the original payer through the original payment route or, where that is technically impossible, to that payer’s verified account agreed with the bank. The Foundation does not refund a third party merely because an email supplies their details. Fees and currency differences are handled according to applicable law and the actual transfer rules; the Foundation does not impose an arbitrary automatic refund charge.
12. Handling a financial enquiry
The Foundation acknowledges receipt within 3 working days. Where sufficient information for reconciliation is available, we communicate a reasoned decision within 10 working days. If more banking information is needed, within that period we explain what is being checked and when to expect the next response. The overall response period is up to one month from receipt; a different period is used only where applicable law permits it, with proper notice.
Once a refund is agreed and payment details verified, the Foundation submits the instruction to the bank or payment service within 5 working days. The time to credit the funds depends on the bank, payment system, checks and currency. The Foundation explains the action taken or a specific lawful obstacle. This process does not limit shorter mandatory deadlines, your right to dispute an unauthorised transaction with your bank or your right to go to court.
If the payer’s payment service notifies the Foundation, as an improper recipient, of an erroneous, improper or unauthorised transaction, the Foundation initiates the return in the manner required by Article 88 of Ukraine’s Law on Payment Services within 3 working days of that notice. The ordinary enquiry timetable does not postpone this obligation.
13. Reporting and oversight of the purpose
A donor has the right to oversee use of their donation for its agreed purpose. The Foundation records incoming and applied assistance, prepares mandatory reports and provides reporting on the sources and use of its assets at least annually and on a donor’s request in accordance with its charter and law. Public materials appear in Documents and reporting and Support history. Contact the Foundation for information about a specific donation.
The structure and amount of income and expenditure and the conditions for charitable use of assets are not withheld as a trade secret. Documents must protect other people’s personal data and information whose disclosure creates a substantiated risk to people or the military. This may require redaction, a secure access method or a lawful restriction on particular details, but does not remove the duty to report. A special report for a corporate donor or grant provider can be agreed in writing.
14. Donor data and partner assistance
Personal data are handled under the Privacy Notice. A contribution does not automatically authorise publication of a donor’s name, logo, amount or photograph. Public acknowledgements and partner materials require a separate appropriate basis and verification of rights to the material.
First agree any proposed donation of goods, vehicles, work or services with the Foundation: description, quantity or scope, suitability, delivery method and transfer documents. Completing a form does not by itself confirm acceptance of property or establish a partnership. Sharing the Foundation’s link does not authorise you to collect money in its name; a third party’s separate public collection requires the legal documentation prescribed by law.
15. Applicable law and resolving concerns
Donations to the Foundation are governed by Ukrainian law, including the Law on Charitable Activities and Charitable Organisations and Articles 729–730 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, together with any other mandatory rules applicable to the particular relationship. A bank’s rules govern its payment service and do not allow the Foundation to change a donation’s purpose arbitrarily.
You may first discuss a concern with the Foundation using the contacts above. This does not require you to waive other remedies: you retain the right to contact your bank, a competent authority or a court. These terms impose no exclusive arbitration or restriction on lawful jurisdiction.
16. Version of these terms
Version 1.0. Effective date: 14 September 2026. The Ukrainian and English versions convey the same rules. A new version applies to new donations after publication and its stated effective date. It does not retrospectively worsen the agreed conditions of a donation already accepted, change its purpose or create a new recurring payment instruction. A material change to an existing arrangement is agreed separately through an appropriate method.
