PATHWAYS TO REPARATION

Cooperation with the Foundation: guidance and research

Pathways to Reparation is the SOLODKO SHKURIDIN Charitable Foundation’s information and research section for people harmed by the war. It brings together practical guidance, official sources and analysis of access to redress.

Where cooperation can begin

Choose a publication in “The Foundation’s materials on pathways to reparation” or a paper in “Research on access to redress”. Propose a specific contribution: review of a legal conclusion, translation or language editing, accessibility review, an educational resource or discussion of a research recommendation. No affected person’s case file is needed to begin.

What this section provides

Readers can use Ukrainian and English explanations, links to official rules and external assistance, and a checklist for their own preparation. Materials are free to read, without registration or a donation.

Through this section, the Foundation does not take on individual compensation cases, submit claims for readers or provide representation. “Where to get legal assistance” helps readers find appropriate legal assistance. The materials do not determine payment amounts or dates.

Agreeing on a joint contribution

In your first email, identify your organisation or professional field, include a link to the publication and state the topic and intended output. Agreed work should define its scope, responsible participants, timing, rights in the text or translation and attribution. Linking to another resource does not itself establish a partnership or institutional endorsement of the Foundation.

An invitation to cooperate is not an invitation to send applicants’ documents. Individual casework, personal data sharing or representation require their own agreed arrangements and appropriate authority.

Contact

“Contact us about cooperation” opens the Foundation’s current general email address. The organisational contact is Yevhen Shkuridin, CEO. This contact role does not mean personal review of every publication or acceptance of an individual case.

Foundation information and documents are available in the main website’s About and Documents sections. To flag an error, use the link below the relevant publication; do not attach passports, medical records or other people’s case documents.
