Finding your way through procedures

“Pathways to Reparation” explains how to use the section. “Where to start” leads to topics matching different circumstances: housing, displacement, harm to relatives or personal harm. “The Register, the Commission and payment” separates recording a claim, deciding compensation and funding.

Preparing your own information

“Prepare information and evidence for your category” explains how to organise existing material and includes a blank table for private notes. You can print it. The completed table stays with you; it is neither a claim form nor a request to send evidence to the Foundation.

Analytical notes

Checking a publication

The list shows each material’s first publication date. New publications are added as they are released. “Official sources” brings together official documents; “How to use sources and check the guidance” explains how to read the guidance and report errors. This catalogue describes information publications, not numbers of consultations, cases handled or payments obtained.
